At HOMEINABOX, customer satisfaction is important to us. This Refund & Return Policy explains the terms under which products purchased from homeinabox.store may be returned, exchanged, or refunded in accordance with ecommerce practices in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.


1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return or exchange within 14 days from the delivery date, provided that:

  • The item is unused, unopened, and in original condition
  • The product is returned in its original packaging
  • All accessories, manuals, and tags are included
  • Proof of purchase or order number is provided

Returns that do not meet these conditions may be rejected.


2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund unless defective or incorrectly delivered:

  • Used or damaged items caused by customer misuse
  • Hygiene or personal-care products once opened
  • Clearance, discounted, or final sale items
  • Customized or special-order products
  • Items returned without original packaging

3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:

  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Provide clear photos or videos showing the issue.
  • After verification, we will arrange replacement, exchange, or refund at no additional cost.

4. Refund Process

Once the returned item is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 10–15 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued only to the original payment method used during purchase.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.


5. Exchange Policy

Exchanges are allowed for:

  • Product defects
  • Incorrect items received
  • Size or variation changes (subject to availability)

If the requested replacement is unavailable, a refund or store credit may be offered.


6. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect.
  • We may arrange courier pick up where available, and applicable shipping charges may be deducted from the refund.

7. Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled:

  • Before shipment confirmation — full refund will be issued.
  • After shipment — cancellation will be treated as a return request once the item is received.

8. Processing Time

Return inspection typically takes 3–7 business days after receiving the product.
Bank processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.


9. Payments Policy (No Cash on Delivery)

All orders placed on HOMEINABOX require advance online payment.
We currently do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD) services.
